Lower sprocket

Hi,
does anyone know if a lower sprocket from a 2013 assault fits the 2020 SKS. Wanting to gear down to 20/42 from 20/40. i see the top sprocket are the same. But the lower sprocket on polarispartshouse.com are market as following :
2020 SKS : SPKT,40T,15T SPL,HYVO,PM
2013 assault : SPRKT-42T,3/4W,LWT,HYVO,PM
They both use 3/4W chain.

assault with 20/42 has 72 teeth chain
SKS with 20/40 has 72 teeth chain.
I think it will work

It would be cheaper and easier to put in a 19t top gear for same ratio.

Both are 155? 7 tooth Driver??
You did know the 155 chaincase is also longer correct ?
That's why the 20t gear is used in the 155/7tooth
19/40 in the 146/8 Tooth
A 2013 wasn't a dogleg case either just a single piece .. and the 42T and 8 tooth
The 13' Assault RMK has the 20/42 but still the short case and 8 tooth driver

Put a 19T in it !!!!!

Don't want to get all technical but it's not as easy as looking at two different chassis and drive systems to try to match performance.

yes both are 155", not sure about the tooth Driver. Are you saying the newer axys chaincase got a longer cc between the axle's?

I have a couple of low mileage (less than 500) 42T lower sprockets. Came out of 2011-12 ProRMKs. Will sell cheap.
