Yes I did it a while ago. I did both sides at same time and replaced spindles. (kept breaking 05 style) worked until I broke em off!! Seems part number in 06 interchanges with alot of RMK"s

The 05 and 06 RMK a-arms are different.06 and up are the same.

Yes they will fit, but the Fusion had a wider ski stance than the RMK. So to do it properly you will need uppers and lowers as well as both right and left.
