low rider M1k... Whats the deal?

I have a 08 M1k and i first noticed this out in cooke last year... I was riding and we stopped for a break and someone asked what was wrong with my sled. I looked at it and it was like the rear suspension was half way compressed. I figured i blew a shock or something, but this summer i checked and everything looked just fine and this past weekend was the first ride of the year and it was the same thing. When i start the ride everything is fine, sled is sitting high, but after a few hours the things damn near sitting on the ground. I tried a bunch of different air pressures, and no luck... What in the heck am i doing wrong? Anything i can do?

fox float shocks, enough said...

Pulled the shock off my buddies 09' with 20 miles on the sled. Did the same thing you are describing. The seals were shot in the float shock. Luckily it was warranteed.
