Here we go again, pre season scramble to get all sleds ready for the upcoming snow.
I have my glorious P.I.T.A XLT/XCR that is giving me fits. Low end response (pilot jet) is bogging really bad and will not pick up and will fall on its face and dang near die. I followed the suggestions of senior members and replaced the stock 35 pilots with 25's. Oh ya and this is an XCR motor with XLT 34mm carbs.
Top end response is pretty good. and also the idel seems to be perfect then will stay higher after you rev up the motor then will finally kicked down after a bit.
I am also wondering if someone can give me a run down on what everything does on these mikuni carbs. There are so many adjustments that my eyes go crossed.
