low elevation 2011 assualt help please

hello guys any input is great! I have a 2011 rmk assault with a boondocker kit on it im trying to get it to run at around 1000ft in upper Michigan and Wisconsin. I have the 2012 3d box and a ebc. I also have the ekey3 and a boondocker 10.5:1 head 50/50 mix 93 premium and 100LL. im trying between 8 and 9.5 psi. the sled runs good while boosted when its warm out 30 degrees plus when building boost I have a major bog issue which I have almost cured by removing fuel from the xtra table and adding to the 4300rpm high setting. but then when it drops to 25 degrees it the sled bogs on accel (building boost) and pops while boosted after the pop sometimes the det comes on.

is there any one that is running the same stuff as me that could help me out. I have done everything boondocker has told me and it just wont stay consistent at all. I would like to know your numbers that would get me close for this 2012 box and clutching too please. they told me 1072 weights and white almond spring. I'm pulling 7900-8000rpm at 8psi and 8100 at 9.5psi tends to pop more at this boost level. other people I've asked said the popping is lean. but my air fuel and plugs look pretty good. thanks id like to get this figured out so I can sleep at night!!!! watching all these videos of pro turbos running so great has me jealous! and I have been hesitant to post this because I know some one will say use the search button. but ive spent hours doing so already. sorry

I live in Norway and running a turbo on low elevation. My previous turbo sled was a 2011 rmk assault with BD turbo with 10,2-1 RKtek turbo head. I threw away the 3 degree timing key and the sled ran MUCH better and was easier to tune.
With 50/50 pumps and 100ll i believe you can run easy 10-12 psi with your 10,5-1 head without the timing key.
