Low Compression PTO side 125 vs 150

Hey guys, I am looking for some advice before I did into an engine rebuild. 05 Summit 800 complete distruction around 1500 miles. Cylinders and head was all that was salvageable. Put new short block, pistons rings (SPI),gaskets etc. Since then always bang on 150+ psi a side.( checked a few times through each season) Now the sled has around 2100 miles and today it wouldn`t go into reverse with out stalling. So when I got home, I did a warm compression check and PTO side is at 125-130 PSI and Mag side 160ish psi.

Is there anything else it could be beside a new top end. I am just looking for other possibilities before I start tearing it apart.

If the piston and rings are worn I am not too happy that it only lasted 600 miles.

Thoughts

Turns out the piston locating pin broke, and the piston ring end broke and scored the cylinder wall in 2 places. Looks like I need new piston, ring, bearing and gasket kit. Dams SPI piston pin
