Loudest can for D7?

It's quite pathetic how the younger generation (punk @ss kids) don't have a clue..... You spout how you love the sport, but yet could care less whether it is under attack and on the brink of going away.....

Your maturity levels truly shine in debates like this..... I'm sure you think it is fine to ride in wilderness areas as long as no one sees you:rolleyes:

It's actually Morons like YOURSELF that Montana now has a 96dB law.

These threads always come up and there always pissing matches.
Seems like the gov't has to do everything for us and pretty soon they'll just ban aftermarket companies from making loud exhausts.
I love the sound of a set of mod pipes but if ya wanna ride ya gotta be reponsible and RESPECTFUL, something you teenybobbers seem to know nothing about.

Agree AK doesn't have the issues the lower 48 has but I wouldn't go shooting your mouth off about something that you don't know anything about and is VERY touchy on here.
We lose riding areas EVERY year due to this and that, loud exhaust is just fuel for the fire.

I would like to keep this thread to those who want to talk about the subject "loudest can for D7". Go on Ollie's thread if you want to vent about the issues. Personally I can see both sides, but if I am riding fences here in Nebraska I'm sure the prarie dogs are underground and won't care.

Actually I didnt shot my mouth, that is all I did was ask a question. And you right I dont know anything about it, and I pretend like a do.

So aparently you know everything so tell me how to ride with a can pipe respectively?

Well I see I cant tell Ollie to shut his c*ckholster without an admin deleting the post. Good job Ollie, youre an old man living in a state with only 30% of your areas to ride in. I guess the bottom line since I cant respond to you like Id like is this...Must suck to be you buddy. Enjoy the trails...lol Oh, since I originally posted up about the can unlike Ollie, I still say go with the sno stuff or mbrp on the D7, Good luck..This has been entertaining to say the least.

Hope ya didnt have a heart attack over this Ollie. Gotta love the old timers who complain about loud cans when they cant even hear. Guess I need to grow up, maybe when I turn 30 this year .but I doubt it...haha...I think Ill go run my loud can past a herd of endangered caribou or endangered moose, maybe go hit a tree and knock down some eagle eggs and smash em with my pipe...lol...and I dont mean my sled pipe either.

Im going to actually be the one laughing when MY loud can closes YOUR riding areas...hahah, then maybe youll take up golf or something you might learn to be good at...hey, wait a second...golf is pretty quiet too, youd fit right in.

Gotta love the ignore list.
Lets ya delete all the morons.

As for Akrev151. Do us all a favour and at least get educated as to what is really going on. I realize you prob. won't. After all, that would take effort and you are obviously too lazy to bother.

Ignored.

wow

o yea???? well i hope ur sled is so loud that it starts an avalanche...and stuff. o and i hope those endangered caribou stampede and tramle you...you big meanie you...o and i can pee farther than anyone on this forum GUARANTEED!
people have their opinions!!! live with it instead of stirring the pot with outrageous claims

Yikes!:D

Good reading though....:beer;:beer;:beer;

Are the sleds in the full mod class at the Jackson Hole Hillclimbs just loud to be annoying or do you think they are tunned correctly...

Thanks Ollie, you could have saved yourself a headache and a few pills last night sitting there infuriated over this whole ordeal that frankly, you had no business sticking your opinion in from the beginning. I noticed you also had no response about my other issues like about your sled, truck, etc....pretty lame.

Now that Ollie is gone and hopefully the idiots that thought the vid was supposed to show skill instead of the intended purpose of the can, are gone too, we can continue......let us know what can you went with for the D7!! Ill post up vid if I can of my D&D in the hills here soon.

Completely different subject there. Competition sleds are built for every ounce of horsepower.

Loud cans out on the hill with the rest of us are just a little mans way to get attention.

Completely different subject there.

I think a completely different subject is how all this sidetracking got started isnt it? I think there is a post in general section about people wanting to whine about loud pipes. This kid wants opinions on the sounds of cans for his dragon 700, not opinions on his sidehilling technique or how his loud can will close riding areas. I mean, seriously, have some respect and give the kid an honest answer.

And you one to talk, in your sig it says you sled in piped, oh **** yoiu got them really quite pipes right that sound like a sowing machine.

Actually, my pipes are fairly quite, like stock, no, but as close as you will get with aftermarket... I didn't purchase pipes for the sound, I did it for performance.... Same reason MOST people get aftermarket cans.....

Would have been a different story if the question would have been what is the best can for my D7... Loudest, take the fuggin can off.... That will giove ya loud and piss off the neighbors 3 miles away....

Liking the sound, and being plain ignorant are two different things....

Coming from some half cocked pos that has not added one bit a value:confused:

Hmmm...ok? I origininally responded with two can choices...a sno stuff or the mbrp, which was related to his original question....I beleive your valued input to the topic originally was "x2" after your <edited by Bigdarrin> buddy ollie stuck his unwanted opinion up here. I dont really see what you are getting at except making yourself the next target there cheif. Anything else?

AkRev151 dude your doing a great job at telling these lames off. I love the words that are in your post. You really make me laugh lets have a big gay pizza party and ride our loud sleds around naked in the woods. ha ha ha lower 48ers you suck your jelous of our riding areas. You choose where you live so live with your crappy 30% riding areas and the greenies. I hate lames and most of you seem like computer heros. Learn to RIDE!!! ha ha ha

Well I just got my SLP can today (used off of ebay, recycling for you tree huggers). She is on the dragon and sounds good...not overly loud, especially in the lower RPM's. After listening to some of the conversation (and some arguements) on this thread, I figure I won't get a louder cannister for now. So I got a can, cut some weight and added a sliver of sound. I guess you can call that a happy medium. Now to the Snowies to see how the old dragon will rip.
