Lost some flickability, suggestions?

I recently put a 174x2.5 CE on my 12 Pro.

Climbs great, but I obviously lost some maneuverability.
Skis sit half an inch out of snow when climbing, but when I pull it over one ski almost digs in
Rolling it over on the flat is little more work now as well

I was thinking of removing the sway bar and tightening up the front shocks or replacing the front shock springs. I'd rather not replace the entire shock.
Would be nice to have a bit more transfer, but there is no adjustment on the straps on the pro ( I've tightened up the front track shock and loosened he rear already)

Any suggestions for different front springs or any other ideas I'd appreciate it

pull the sway bar, its free, and try it out. then maybe add a lefty to just piss people off:)

Top 3 suggestions from getting my sled dialed in (its a 155 but I have been told it moves better than anything people have ridden with my setup)
1. Remove swaybar and dial in the shocks. Either replace them with better ones or have them valved with multi-stage springs and a piggyback.
2. Stiffer runningboards like Bomberboards (what I have), Airframes, or BMF boards.
3. Adjust the limiter and run the track as loose as you can without it ratcheting.

Well, I would simply go back to a 163 but I'm going to guess you don't want to do that. I currently have my sway bar off of my 2013 Pro to give it a shot. I have X1's so there is plenty of shock to make it work. It sucks. I'm going back to the sway bar. It changes the balance point and really makes it squirmy. So much, that I get nervous flying down the road. I feel like it is going to roll over at 50mph!

I hope you find what you want but I just don't see how you can make a 174" tracked sled flickable. It's a little of an oxymoron. Give the sway bar a try but I think you dictated the ability of the sled with the long, long track.

More flickable = less ski pressure

less ski pressure is = more preload on front track spring.

If that makes it too light on the skis when straight climbing add more preload to the rear track spring.
