Lost fork oil and screw. What to do ?

Yesterdays ride went remarkably well . I did have a problem tho .I lost the little screw to relieve the atmospheric pressure on the right fork. From laying it down in the meadows a few times is when i noticed the oil leakage .I can get a new screw but i was curious if i could just meter in a little tru that little hole to hold me over untill i can take it off and empty out thuroughly , and refill to spec .Im afraid that i could add not enough of to much and screw things up . Any ideas ?????

Go to the fork that did not lose oil and remove the screw.
Use something long and skinny to dip into that fork tube.

Hold that mark where it shows oil and dip it into the fork that had lost fluid and replace as needed .
this should get you by.
If it is not possable to dip it into the fork low enough you will have to loosen the top clamp and remove the cap on each fork and then you should be able to have enough room to dip and measure.
