Lord Help Us

Another one of Obama's many Anti-American act's, whats funny is that no-one is speaking out aginst this! As I said lord help us...

It is with deep sorrow that I need to pass this on to you all

Love him or hate him, he's destroying our once great country
with the help of congress...

Subject: H.R. 1388 was passed
Date: Fri, 3 Jul 2009 07:45:52 -0700

Look at what our illustrious president pulled off in stealth and
secrecy. Just think will/may happen in the next 3.5 years
H.R. 1388 was passed whether you are an Obama fan, or not,
EVERYONE IN THE U.S. needs to know....

Something happened... H.R. 1388 was passed
yesterday, behind our backs. You may want to read about it. It
wasn't mentioned on the news... just went by on the ticker tape at
the bottom of the CNN screen.

Obama funds $20M in tax payer dollars to immigrate Hamas Refugees to
the USA . This is the news that didn't make the headlines...

By executive order, President Barack Obama has ordered the expenditure
of $20.3 million in
"migration assistance" to the Palestinian refugee and "conflict
victims" in Gaza .

The "presidential determination", which allows hundreds of thousands
of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to
resettle in the United States, was signed on January 27 and appeared
in the
Federal Register on February 4..

Few on Capitol Hill, or in the media, took note that the order
provides a free ticket replete with housing and food allowances to
individuals who have displayed their
overwhelming support to the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the
parliamentary election of January 2006.

Let's review...itemized list of some of Barack Obama's most recent
actions since his inauguration:

His first call to any head of state, as president, was to Mahmoud
Abbas, leader of Fatah party in the Palestinian territory.

His first one-on-one television interview with any news organization
was with Al Arabia television.

His first executive order was to fund/facilitate abortion(s) not
just here within the U. S. but within the
world, using U. S. tax payer funds.

He ordered Guantanamo Bay closed and all military trials of
detainees halted.

He ordered overseas CIA interrogation centers closed.

He withdrew all charges against the masterminds behind the USS Cole
and the "terror attack" on 9/11.

Now we learn that he is allowing hundreds of thousands of Palestinian
refuges to move to, and live in,
the US at American taxpayer expense.

These important, and insightful, issues are being "lost" in the
blinding bail-outs and "stimulation" packages.

*Doubtful? To verify this for yourself:

WE are losing this country at a rapid pace.

I am by no means a fan of NObama, but I'm no sheep either. I've seen so many of this type of post that turned out to be false I was a little sketptical so I did some self research before forming an opinion, something I encourage everyone here to do the same. A great place to start is the bill itself, now public law 111-13 although it's a long read. "Lord help us" is absolutely correct, though hamas settling among us at taxpayer expense is less so.

Yeah, I had questioned this a few months ago when I got it from a friend because when I looked it up this Bureau of Population Refugees and Migration ("PRM") DOES resettle immigrants to the US, but it isn't true for Hamas/Palestinians. These are the parts of responses I got from the State Dpt and the PRM when I asked my Reps staff to find answers for me.

"The PRM bureau of the State Dept may state on its website that one of the
possible solutions it can provide is to resettle refugees in the United
States, but in the case of Palestinian refugees, the State Department has
unambiguously stated that US government-sponsored resettlement to the United States does not occur. The Palestinian refugee case is a unique case in which the majority of refugees have been living as such for decades and, because of a difficult political situation, most international aid
(including that from the United States) is used to provide services to them
where they are, not to resettle them.

Reports (which turned out not to be true) have circulated on the Internet
that some of the $20.3 million in Emergency Refugee and Migration Assistance
funds that the President disbursed on January 27 were to be used for
resettlement. These reports were treated with close attention by several
Representatives and Senators. The following is an excerpt from Footnote 42
of my May 15, 2009 CRS Report (RS22967) on U.S. Foreign Aid to the
Palestinians:

"During the consideration of the Omnibus Appropriations Act, 2009 (P.L.
111-8), Senator John Kyl proposed two amendments to the bill relating to aid
for Palestinians: S.Amdt. 629 (“To provide that no funds may be used to
resettle Palestinians from Gaza into the United States”) and S.Amdt. 631
(“To require the Secretary of State to certify that funds made available for
reconstruction efforts in Gaza will not be diverted to Hamas or entities
controlled by Hamas”). Kyl withdrew S.Amdt. 629 after receiving a letter
from the State Department assuring him that U.S. funds were not being used
to resettle Gazans in the United States"

Please let me know if you would like to discuss this further.

Jim

Dear Kristin:

Eleanor Nagy has asked me to respond to your questions from [Fluff]
regarding the January 27 Presidential Determination announcing that the US
was going to contribute $22.3 million from the Emergency Refugee and
Migration Assistance (ERMA) account to assist Palestinians in Gaza. This
funding will be provided to UN and international organizations to provide
humanitarian assistance, including food, water, medical care, and
reconstruction and development assistance. None of these funds will be used to resettle Palestinians from Gaza to the United States. As a matter of
fact, the US Government does not consider for U.S. resettlement any of the
Palestinians in Gaza, the West Bank of any of the UNRWA administered refugee

camps in Lebanon, Jordan, or Syria. These Palestinians all come under the
mandate of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian
refugees in Gaza, the West Bank and other areas and the resolution of these
situation will be part of the final solution between Israel and the
Palestinian Authority. These Palestinians do not come under the mandate of
the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees, which has the mandate for the care
and protection of all other refugees worldwide. Copied below is the
official announcement regarding the authorization to contribute ERMA funds.

No surprise really.
I posted on this 4m last week, about not getting distracted by the Michael Jackson non-stop media blitz , because congress just loves the public attention drawn away by a crisis or some high profile pop-culture event, while they slip it to us, w/o Vaseline.:mad:
