Loosing coolant? Visible on the top of my tunnel?

What I've already done:

pulled the seat and gas tank to check the lines.
looked at all the hose clamps coming off the bottle.
checked all the coolant lines going in and out of the engine
looked for cracks in the front and rear heat exchanger.

I had green snow under my flap and on top of my tunnel running back toward my seat.

It's a considerable leak. Had to carry coolant with me and refill the reservoir several times.

Any suggestions?

pressurize the tank and see where it is coming from. just be sure not to over pressure. these sleds don't build up to high of pressure while running. just had this happen to another sled of mine and it ended up being a crack right on the weld of the heat exchange on the very back by the rear bumper. couldn't see it until we put pressure to it.

I just took an air hose and put it in the reservoir with a rag around the hole to seal it up. it shouldn't take much pressure to get it done.
I would bet its at the very back of the tunnel where they do the famous " smash it together and dont use any filler rod" It can be kind of hard to pinpoint sometimes because they have that piece of grey foam stuck between the cooler and the opening of the tunnel. I cant count how many i have fixed in the past 3 years. Fairly easy fix, just need to drain enough coolant that when you weld it back together that your not getting the cooler hot enough to where its steaming the coolant and contaminating the crack your trying to fix. Dont bother just trying to patch the crack itself, save yourself the risk of it opening up again, and weld clear across the cooler. There is JUST enought room to get a tig torch in to do the job. Have fun!:cheer2:

That was it! There's a hair line fracture along the weld in the back of the tunnel. Thanks for your help guys! I really appreciate it! Cheers.
Just remember weld all the way across the rear of the cooler. Trust me, the season is short enough and there is a 50-50 chance it will start to leak again if you dont go all the way. Thanks again!
