Loose Floorboards

I have a 25' Haulmark Snow Light aluminum enclosed trailer. I have done all of the stuff that most everyone on here has done including lights, insulated and finished walls, RV furnace, workbench, stereo, storage racks, bar.....all the essentials. One thing I am struggling with is that there are a few of the floorboards that keep breaking loose and they are essentially just floating there. For those who may also have this same trailer - you will know the 'slope' on the back portion of the trailer. Basically from the back axle to the rear of the trailer the floor slopes and its the two sheets of wood on that section that keep breaking the screws that hold them down. The screws that Haulmark uses are long self-tapping screws and they just keep breaking. I have also tried to use an L-bracket from underneath. There I secured the bracket to the aluminum frame member with self-tapping screws and then a bolt and nylock screw through the floor to the bracket. This also failed but it was the self-tapping screw that actually backed out (or maybe it broke as well - I could see anything left in the hole of the frame member).

Has anyone else dealt with this issue with their Haulmark or any other trailer for that matter?

I thought about running a nut and bolt all the way through the wood and frame member but from that angle the frame member is probably 3 to 3-1/2 inches thick. I did not really want to go down that path but I may have to.
