loose exhaust valves

Had a strange rattle yesterday. this evening I found both exhaust valves where very loose. anyone else have this happen?

yes.happened to my buddies 08 700rmk.one of the bolts came loose and fell out causing the other bolt to break off in the jug.was not fun getting the broken one out of the jug either.when we put it back together used locktite and oem torque specs and problem solved.

Are you talking about the 10mm bolts that hold the assy in or the actual stud/nut on the valve itself?

10MM bolts . the entire assmebly is loose. Got them out everything looks good one bad gasket is all I can find.

I had it happen on my 2010 assault. I had two bolts actually rattle to the point that they broke. Had to have my dealer get the bolts out. I think a little better upkeep and make sure everything is tight would have gone a long ways to keep this problem from happening. I agree with above that a dab of loctite would be a great idea as well

WC ,BM, DMR ,MP ,CP sometimes over in your neck of the woods when the snow is good.

Red loctite (271 is what I use) and torque to 100 In-lbs. They are loctited from the factory.
