Has anyone else noticed their chain case seems loose ,I tried to tighten but still moves . Is this why they glue them now .

Not really... If yours has been loose for a while... the holes are probably ovalized.
If you need adhesive... have a look at the sticky... in there are two options Lord 406 and Lord fusor.

I am getting ready to install my 163 track so I will pull it apart to check
Anyway you do it... Bond the case to the chassis...
This will help to tie everything together and also make the tunnel less prone to "kinking" behind the chaincase.

I see where Lords offer a 406/19 in 50ml is that enough to do a chain case ?
