Loose bolt in chaincase

Just picked up my sled ('02 Summit X 800 151") at the WA expo last month. While going thru the sled I took the chaincase cover off & found the bolt holding the lower sprocket completely loose. I'm gonna replace the bolt - how much torque should I tighten the bolt to? Should I use loc-tight as well? Also, there's a lot of slop in the brake disc on the shaft. Is this normal?

normal on the rotor,yes use loctite, 10 mm bolt,about 35-40

should be checked every time you change the chain case oil, which should be done.

PULL the cover. . . . check all three
