Great, I guess I have to get my driveshaft clamped now.
Its not the Mayans that were stupid it s the people who think they understand what they were doing and the meaning behind it.
That said You would have to be a special kind of stupid to buy into that BS. But as an atheist I am always surprised in what people believe.

dangit, i was hoping to get some zombie hunting in coulda been a blasty blast.
i guess a bunch of idiots really took this seriously and went out and maxed out there credit cards and cheated on there spouses and all kinds of stuff like that expecting it to end. I wonder how they feel today?

Well, scientifically, our entire lives are already over. The entire history of our universe has already occurred. Our brain is just processing it at a rate in which we can understand.
Who said that? I don't believe it. How would everyone process it at the same rate?
Should be some big clearence deals on dooms day prep materials now.
Everything except guns and ammo. The shelves are bare and used prices have gone crazy.
