Looking to purchase a tether

After seeing the posts of major injuries on here I've decided that it is a must have from now on to ride with a tether. It truely is sonething that everyone should ride with. So what company makes good tethers for pro-rmks? I have checked RSI but couldn't find one on their website. Any suggestions?

Yes, just after I posted this I found a thread on this same topic in the polaris section, sounds like pro armor is the way to go

Double check if the pro-armor ones got fixed or not. There were also a couple threads last year where the pro-armor tethers were not working. The wiring the way it is routed through the block comes loose and does not kill the sled. Do a search, so assuming they made the changes, make sure you are not buying from somebody's old stock. There were some people who took theirs apart and fixed the issue as well without getting a new tether.

I have the Pro armor on both my sleds, but shane is right. make sure they have fixed that issue.

Pro Design also makes a real solid tether, with a similar set up that works in the same way.

Thanks guys for the replies! I will look further in to both of those suggestions and decide on one of them. From what I hear pro armor is more proven durability then pro design, but either one can malfunction when iced up with snow
