looking for HDPE Sheets

Does anyone here know of a supplier of grooved hdpe sheeting similar to the pic below? i'm trying to refurb a flat bed tilt trailer and am looking for ideas of how to keep from damaging both the carbides and the decking, whether it be wood or metal. Any ideas on the decking are appreciated as well. As you might imagine i'm pretty new at this but want to do it right.

Thanks in advance

I assume you are trying to avoid the cost of the aftermarket units like that. I don't know where you can buy the grooved HDPE, but if you have a router and a router table at home you can make them out of standard sheet HDPE. That's what I did. I cut the units to size on a radial arm saw and then used the router in a router table with a v-groove bit to cut the grooves. Also cut slots for the mounting screws with the router. Takes patience but does save some $$.

Look in your local wrecking yard or classifieds for a truck bed liner. Its thick, easy to cut, durable and cheap.

Spray on Truck Liner shops have old slide in bedliners by the dozen that they have pulled out, $20 is the most I have paid.
