Looking for exhaust valve for 04 900

I'm looking for just the valve part # 3006-697. I want to do the Supremetool valves but it says they need the original valve to modify it. I would perfer to be able to put it back if neccessary.

Are they good enough to not worry about it?

Haven't had any serious problems with the ones I've been around. But we don't have that many problems with the stock ones either.

If you want to be able to put it back, you need a spare set, they can't be modified back to work with the cables.

Only thing with the STMs is that depending on your elevation, you may need to change the springs to some lighter ones.

Once they do their thing to your valve blade you will not be able to go back to stock with it. You won't want to either. On the ones I got I ended up using the spring off of a '01 700 doo. The springs that came with them were too hard. They may have changed that since I got mine??

Thanks for the incredibly quick replys. Doesnt anyone have jobs?

I think I'll just send mine in and look for a spare set at haydays next year. By then I'll know if I think I'll need a set or not.
