Look for a job at any ski area. They have already started hiring for snowmaking. All sorts of low paying jobs to choose from, but with a season pass.

not sure what you forte' is but try Westyellowstone MT. always looking for sled Machanics and guides ect..
Judging by your post I can tell you are very intent, focused, and gungho to move to a mountain community.

Eagle County Airport has several job openings, plowing snow, throwing bags, fueling aircraft. Or you can go get a job up at vail or beaver creek
Worked three winters out of West Yellowstone if you know sleds there is always some kinda work open.
