I have one. I am running a 19 right now but would like to get an 18

I havent run this impulse 270 hp kit yet, but the stock gear i believe is 22. Is there a noticeable difference to re-gear and if so, what is the best all around gearing? I know that the take off will be better, but will it be THAT much better to spend money for new top gear and chain.

20T is stock on 08-09, 18 is stock on 10's and newer. If it has a 22, someone put it on before you, if it's a nytro anyways.

It is an 09 nytro. I thought it had a 22 but that is why I asked. Thanks. Can you run the stock chain if you swap from a 20 tooth top gear to an 18 or 19 tooth gear or does it need to be replaced?
