dont know it you would want to but you can buy the 162X16 in the tracks for sale Thread for like half of that and you can use a table saw to cut it down to what you need I have heard that this works very well we are going to try on an old track this week and then do it on a brand new 151 going in my buddys phazer he wants to record it and put it on youtube so Ill let you know what happens with that

saw a guy do it with a circular saw.... worked pretty good! Definitely an outside job tho...
