Looking at 08 M1000 Sno pro any thing I should know??

Have seen some threads addressing some common issues, but was looking for some opinions, Looking at a 08 M1000 Snopro 153", have never owned a cat, looks like a decent sled, completely stock has 1500 miles on it, have heard they have issues with the diamond drive?? Also alot of them I have been comparing have new motors or motor work done like around 2000 miles, seem like there are more 07s with the new engines than 08s but just was wondering what you guys thought of them and if there is anything I should know about it before I buy. Thanks
