Lookin' for some help!

Well after 5 years of college, trying to survive my last semester...it's time to put on the big girl pants. I'll be graduating with a BFA in Graphic Design.
So I've been looking into the Salt Lake area, which I think is like jumping into shark infested waters by the looks around here..
So far Google, and searching throughout different job sites is only getting me so far. I know times are tough for job searching, especially someone fresh outta college. So if any of you Utah peeps have small businesses where you've have print work done, logos, etc...could you point me in that agencies direction? Or if you know anyone in the biz?
Thanks again guys and gals, you all seem like great people...some questionable...and I just wanna trade my flatlander jacket in for a mountain one!
