Figured I would put up some pics of my 03 rmk with a xcr motor in it. Has 155 dragon rails with a 155x2.25 assault track, anti ratchet drivers, 19/41 gears, holz trailing arms, chromoly radius rods, and Walker Evans front shocks. Motor is trail ported, v force reeds and the carbs are taper bored.

Looks good! Is it running yet? What pipes are you going to use? Are you going to be able to run an airbox or not?

Well then you need to keep us updated on the project as you get to working on the pipes... I LOVE the look of hand built pipes.

still got some tweaking to do to the jetting and clutching but she goes awesome.

Very cool, love the pipes, you did a great job.

How do you figure out how to build them correctly so it runs well and efficient? That is crazy that you built those, damn.:hail:

www.pcsperformance.com pipes are figured out with a computer program. My pipes are their xcr 800 race pipe changed up a bit for running a a lower rpm for trail use. I basically did the grunt work for the pipes cleaning the sheet up and tacking up a lot of it. The pipe fitting and gas welding was all done by them.
