Anyone have any tips where to stay in Grand Lake. Preferably ride in ride out. Doesn't need to be fancy by any means. Thanks

I've stayed at the Bighorn Lodge in town.Nothing special but if there is enough snow,the town trail is right in front of your door.You can walk downtown or ride your sled the 2-3 blocks to restaurants.Also gas stations right there and rental's if you need them.
If not much snow it's only 10 minutes to Idleglen trailhead.

Elk Creek campground has little cabins for rent. Definately basic, but not cheap
PM Bdubs. He has a couple rentals in GL and is a cool dude.
Trail Closed from town due to lack of snow. You will definantly be trailering to Idleglenn unless we finally get a good storm.

Gateway Inn
We stayed at the Gateway Inn two weekends ago. Perfect location, nice rooms, excellent service, has a bar and hot tube, the price was $85 per night for a room with two queens.
