I am highly recommending Pinned WFO. He is located in Woodinville/ Duvall. Dont pay the dealer prices for service. Pinned WFO is totally fair, and really knows what he is doing. He has been a great help on both of my sleds,especially clutching after my dealer said that my clutching was fine, it wasnt. You will be 100% satisified. PM HIM.

And I suggest myself,:D for the southend people. I have refrences if needed and am Ski-doo certified. I have a large shop, lift, all tools needed, offer welding (steel and AL), I ride and I know what its like to be stranded out in the boonies if something breaks.
Cheers :beer;

I would recommend Phatties Super Shop in Roslyn WA. Kevin is the owner and he can do anything needed on sleds from building totally custom turbo sleds to routine repair and maintenance. Give him a call at 509-304-4591.

Skip has always done a great job and treated me fair.:D

Just because we are on the subject, I just broke the shock/spring towers on my 00 summit 700. Can those be welded or do I need a new bulkhead?

A lot has to come apart but a good welder, using some strong gussets can fix that.

I'd suggest landing your jumps a little flatter though!:rolleyes:

PM SkippyH20. He looks like he has the equipment and is very familiar with Doo's

They can be welded/reinforced. But my suggestion is to change the bulk head.... Oh wait A ZX CHASSIS! Just reinforce it :face-icon-small-win
I put a '03 tunnel on a '00 bulkhead.... it takes a really, really long time!

Just bought the sled. Only made it about 5 miles up the road at greenwater before they broke. Pretty sure they were partially broken when I got it and I just finished them off. If anyone comes across a new bulkhead, let me know.

Thanks for the kind words Paul. As alot of you know I love the sport and also helping the working man/woman stay on the snow at low cost helps to. I along with many of you also have alot of kind words for Kurt at Fastrax they are are a class act. Thanks Curt
