Here's a 9' long x 24" wide, all aluminum loading ramp with grip tape covering entire ramp. It's pretty sweet for loading a Tsled with wheels under it, I just ride it right up into my truck, no fuss. And I can give you the dimensions to my wheel set if you still need to make your own.
