Live on Rabbit Ears

Bushy you gonna be up there this weekend? I am thinking I might try to find some people to ride with at RE this weekend .... UT isn't getting **** out of these storms, hopefully they just skipped here and went straight to western CO or something ..

Anyone else gonna be hitting up RE this weekend?

You coming all that way to ride:eek: Hopefully this week of storms will pan out and save your trip.

We cancelled our reservations in Kremmling today after reading the recent threads :( We are going to ID/MT instead. We may come out in Feb once the conditions have improved.

Believe me, I'd love to be coming down there! I'm not interested in going to Revy and worrying about my sled/truck getting stolen every minute I'm not around them. Fuel is $$$ here, the roads suck and lodging is overpriced.

The snow last year this time @ RE was incredible. We were hoping to hit that again, but it'll have to wait for another time. I'll catch up with you yet Bushy!

There do seem to be a lot of crooks up there. Bummer that you had to postpone, Ian. Stay in touch and keep an eye on the conditions. Catch ya later.

FYI, Wyoming isn't any better. There were trucks parked bumper to bumper for nearly 3 miles on BOTH sides of Snowy Range Road and the conditions (at least what we found in a 60 mile ride) were sketchy and not very fun.

The storm(s) are veering away from NW Colorado and not laying much down in Utah either.

Looks like the main portion will remain sw......but it does look like a chance at a little fresh snow in the Steamboat area....with less over towards Grand Lake.

This image matches some of the models I have seen this morning...I guess we will see:

So your map says 18-20" in the RE/BUFF area. Funny how all the maps are different, eh? You get that from NOAA?
