Live in Island Park in winter, looking for new mountain riders

I bought a house in IP so I could liver here in the winter specifically for sled season. I am looking for people (not trail riding or clubs) who are into riding the mountains and improving their skills. Im def not burandt yet (none of us are) but can go most places I want to go on the mountain. I don't really care what your skills are so long as you motivated to ride hard and have a avalanche beacon/probe. So long as you at least understand the concept of counter steering I am down to ride with you. Like most locals I know some secret honey holes that are always untracked but guard that info with my life! Congratulations on your house. We just got back and hope to go back in March.
Maybe you could show us around for a day or give us some tips. I am an OK rider at best, but my kid and his buddy won't have any problems keeping up with you. As far as Burandt, his best skill is marketing.
