Off the hook pow day little set up down south. buff was still kickin though, with some awesome pow to be found. Can't believe how beat to chit it is after just a few days though. Way to busy at RE in my opinion.[/QUOTE]
That's because Folks were riding up there All week. Never have seen so many trucks and trailers headed back to the Chitty during the work week as I did while driving home from work every night. Makes a guy wonder how people can hold onto jobs if they just pack up and go on any given random day.
We had rented a cabin down in South Fork and couldn't get out of it so we drove down and drooled on Facebook pics of the Easr this weekend. Everybody's favorite Golden boy is now running at WC, stomping all over Matt's deal, and generally running his gaper crew all over the place so we opted to stay down low at Tucker Ponds and we found some AWESOME riding in untouched. There were tracks all over the place down low in the meadows and 10 yards off the trail but nothing, literally nothing in the trees and on the hills. We rode 50+ miles each day and found untouched stuff every day. Amazing because that area is small in comparison to RE/Buff. So, having a lack of 24-48" of fresh was made up for by having an entire area to ourselves on a Holiday weekend.
We're still partying, so not to early....
Tony plans on being up there at 8, so I know that's too early for you.
Wish I was there Paul. Last weekend at horns.
Real men party all night and are ready to ride by 9am at the latest.
