i have a 03 800 summit new to me and i want to change the chain case gear oil how does it drain?

under sled is a hole for allen.maybe

You can take out the drain plug with a allen key right under the case. Or just take off the cover and make sure everything is ok in the case. I inspect mine everytime I change oil.
