Anyone try to put the linq removable snow flap on a polaris axys? Using the polaris snowflap. I know about the magnetic one but I live in Canada and we get screwed by the dollar.

I put an Everett removable snow flap my axys this summer. I haven’t tried it yet but it looks like it should work well and it’s meant to use your factory snow flap. Might be worth checking out if you haven’t yet.

I installed the Everett removable flap as well. Fairly simple process if you read and follow the detailed instructions.

Linq brackets freeze up easily.
good luck getting it off. You only take them off after riding through some deep snow. Those linq bracket levers will be packed with snow and you will break them off.
buy the Everett flap kit and be more than happy.

So the Everett removable snowflap sound great but where do u put it when u have a bag and gas can on tunnel and there is no room for it ? Bungee it on top of the bag then it’s a PITA every time u go into bag ??

And where would you plan on putting the Linq (with flap attached to it)? Ad says stows on the tunnel also but if you put it elsewhere you could put the everett style there also? I just put the Everett on mine and am pleased with it so far.

So I had my first real test on the Everett kit. It fell of pretty quick on the trail up. Slush would ice up under the magnets and it would just start flapping around. Might work better in colder temps but I gave up and just ditched it on the side of the trail and picked it up my way back to the truck.

Just curious,

Those of you who have the Everett kit, anybody running that with the B&M rear bumper with the (raised handle) ??? I have a kit but every time I look at installing it, it just doesn't look like it would fit good with that raised handle.
