Linq snow flap

Has anyone tryed to modify a skidoo linq snowflap and install it on a axys?

I have a really slick and less expensive solution. Works great. Tested all last week with zero issues. Will be testing more next week. Unfortunately, with my work and sledding schedule, I won't have product to sell until this coming fall for next season. Works awesome for unloading sleds on steep ramps too. On and off in seconds.

you could replace the rivets with rivet nuts and use bolts to attach the flap.

Looks pretty flimsy.

Might achieve the goal of losing the flap.

Nope. It's been well tested. Very solid mount[emoji123] I probably give it that flimsy impression because I'm beating the snot out of it to show it won't fall off.

Probably a good idea to not sell them til fall.

Test it for a little longer than a week.

In the video you can see the flap mounting point pivoting away from the tunnel closure.

Made some 1/4 turn cam lever clamps to make use of tunnel slot and mount a bca bag same way for quick removal

I just use wing nuts and washers.
