I have been trying to contact the Line Shack to make some reservations for the coming season, but just get a message machine. Does anyone know if they are open or will open soon?

The Line Shack is so speratic its hard to tell if they're open,closed,remodeling or changing owners. better off to go with the Sawmill, its right next to it...
The one in the bighorns? also called snowshoe? I was there early jan and they had just opened. Very nice peope. Hope it helps if you need a phone # or anything i have it for ya.
not trying to pick a fight here, but i have been going there since 02 and since then they have had the same owner, haven't remodeled (not that they need to, very nice place), have had the same managers (Mike and Debbi), even the shop staff have stayed pretty much the same. only changes have been the bartenders. could maybe steal a couple of the brazilian bartenders from Crooked Creek
and they are usually open during the summer and fall for atvs, horseback riding and hunting. just my .02We have been going their for a number of years also, but this year I can't seem to get ahold of anyone. I did a google search to see what came up and I see it's for sale, so it makes me wonder.Mike and the boys always did well by us.

The owner is from here in MN. He's got a construction co. The const. biz is down, maybe that has something to do with.
i was told that they are going to open in mid dec mike and deb are gone . i havent heard who is going to manage. they were closed all summer and fall thats all i know

Stayed lots of times at the Line Shack. 2 years ago was quoted a price for my group, when we went to checkout the price was a lot more. When we spoke to the manager, he told us that this had been happening a lot and he was sick of people trying to "screw" him and we were paying the bill. We paid but never have been back. Go anywhere but the Line Shack. The Sawmill or Crooked Creek are both great at Union Pass.
