Light weight helmets?

Yes, it's basically about motorcycle helmets, but it is really good and does drop testing, etc.

I have had all sorts of neck and back problems and finally settled on a $80 HJC ACX-II helmet - I have had 2 and LOVE them!!! Not had any neck or upper back problems since wearing one.

The do rock helmet is the lightest helmet I have ever seen. I'll bet it weighs half as much as my Fly Lite. I will have one of those this fall.

why not just drill holes in your current helmet?

Just do more shrugs at the gym so you don't notice a 5 pound lid vs 3.

Arai are nice, but damn spendy. I love my Thor lid.
