light flow of anti freeze out of overflow

any ideas of problem.

checked thermastat, appear to be working. Thought maybe overflow was to full, but this flow will drain entire bottle???

Possibly leaking into cylinders? The motor compression can push coolant out passed the o-rings as well as leak in when not running. Cat 800 Sno-Pro mods were notorious for this.

Just a thought. Be interested to know what you find.

Overflow

If the bottle stays full you have a bad radiator cap. If the bottle empties you have a leak in the system.

Ask your dealer, there is a bulletin out from ski-doo about a leek and the coolant bottle, can't remember what it all said. I will look again tomorrow.
