Family ride up in Gods neighborhood (lost creekish) Stevey wonder (snailbait) his significant other Bruce...Kidding Missy your way to hot to ever be a Bruce Lexy and my boy Kyle tearing up the hero snow but having a damn good time...Then life flight goes hauling a$$ toward bear river or the north slope somewhere. I hope it wasnt another avy, the shape this liquid concrete is in survivability is slim. Let be safe fellow sled heads live to ride another day...Naw live to see the beautiful daughter get married to the man of her dreams live to see your son conquer his corner of the world just be careful this is some deep and heavy snow! Hec & Spencer let me know how your day turned out..we shoulda gone with you it was H ELL just getting to the snow.

North slope was good. Didn't see life flight but did see alot of people climbing double from a distance. Crazy, the far right had slid and the cornice all the way across looked like it was waiting for someone. Plenty snow for the kids to enjoy the day and hotdogs.. You should of came our way.

North slope was good!!! Had a great ride with Hector and his two and Marc his wife and their two.... Marc, your kids ROCK those sleds, Thank you soo much for letting Hayden give the little one a whirl.. He told mom all about it when we got home!!! ... Hector, your boy does good on that little sled too

The parking lot at Bear River wont have snow for long...BUT there is more snow on top than there has been all year...

Tell ya what bud (Ron) i was kinda freaked out when I saw it, the conditions were very ripe for a killer slide. Im glad it had nothing to do with sleds! Get better we need to put a Phazer shoot out togather for the rug rats?

Hey Kev, I really think we're going to get the little ones out next weekend. Kind of a Handicap/kids ride. I not only felt sorry for me and GP but our little ones were really robbed also. Pretty sure we can both tame it down and get them out at least 1 more time. Leaving from Bear River Lodge if you or any other pee wee rippers are up to it. Will be nothing but FUN.

UAC's Avalanche advisory made mention of a rumored avy near Thousand Peaks. I don't see any recent post about it on UAC's site or here on SW except for this thread. Below is the quote from that UAC report on Sunday morning:

"It's a different story in the Western Uintas. We heard of a very close call outside of Oakley near the 1000 Peaks area. Yesterday, a snowmobiler triggered a reported 400' wide hard slab that buried one sledder to his neck and another to his waist. The trigger himself was not buried."

We are heading up Friday. Saturday is the ride day.

I'm better than her for sure but making great progress.

We can avoid any cops by letting you park inside the gate. They seem to hang in the parking lot. Easy prey there.
