I'd like to see pictures of your piston wash on your 08 or newer 800. Mine started acting up about 10 miles from the lot. I knew it started running lean again and tried to nurse it back to the truck but squeaked a pto piston.

That wash looks fine to me. I run a UBR 900 that won't even think about running decent until the wash is about the size of a match head. Makes me wonder if it's something other than a lean problem, could it be minor deto.

Crapola Skibreeze..not again! You have had the worst luck of anybody.

That looks a bit boarder line to me. But like plug readings it depends where you shut it down at as to the fuel/air mixture.

In my experiance domed Pistons need a bit more wash than flat tops. On Flat Pistons I would have them on the edge..about a 3/16in wash..from everything I have been tought by the old elf the domed pistons need more wash..around 1/2in.

What did your skirts and cylinders look like?
Were you running the stock map or a fuel controller of some sort?

At least you got in most of the season and are still not past the June warr. exp date.

I was told that this was all that Poo was going to warranty when I picked it up. The cyl looks fine, the piston has scoring across the front side.
