Lets see ramp designs for new T/S ski

With the new center keel T/S ski, I see the need for a new loading ramp design.
I have a couple ideas but would like to see what others have come up with.
We still need the traction cleats for the track, but the ski has to slide too.
Hmmmm. :face-icon-small-con

Ramp for gen2. Thinking of removing traction lugs from middle and and installing two rows of lugs just inside the 2x4's leaving a 4-6 inch space in middle for the black hdpe plastic thats currently on left side of my ramp. I sold my sled last year so I wont need that piece.

This is what I did for the Gen2 kit. When I get the new ski I will move the two rows inward to make the center keel ride smoothly between them. I used an old truck bed liner for the track grip. The ramp is 8ft by 8in and was built by my friend. Originally used just for summer use.

A ghetto copy

I used Adam's ramp as a pattern and made a 2"x4" (ghetto) copy and then used his leftover bedliner material. The 2"x4" U-channel is very strong and held together with 3" deck screws. It works great and cost about $10. But Adam's is better looking, just like his bike.

Adam and Eskimo, do you guys ride your bikes up the ramp? If so you got bigger kahonies than I! I'd be lucky to hit the back of my truck with that Gen2.
Thats why I use my tri-fold ramp and put my Rekluse to work and walk it into the truck bed. Your design does give me more ideas though. Thank you.

We both have the Rekluse clutch and we just walk them up. I wanted something that was light and could be easily thrown into the bed of my truck. Works great every time.

Tiedowns between handle bars and footpegs(to keep ski straight). Lift ski into truck then lift back of track up and push into truck.

Something along this line has worked well for me. A couple 2X6s stacked for height, trimmed for width & notched for traction. This is attached to the ramp. For a truck, I suppose you could rig something up similar to any other truck bed ramp to hold it in place for loading. Did I mention it's inexpensive too!?

ramp'n up

I don't have the new ski, but made a simmons with a center keel last year and have cut and modded that poor thing to death.

This truck hauling setup I made 10 years ago for taking my chute climber out in the spring when roads are WAY UGLY and you drive over frozen chit and mud to get to ridable spring snow, angled back so an old guy can pull a non reverse sled of the truck. Resurected this thing to haul two snow bike and I still have my old ramp to run my 800 onto this thing.

Here's my favorite way to transport. :face-icon-small-coo. Not quite so easy for you guys hauling the school bus length snow bikes though. :face-icon-small-ton
