Anybody watch this fight? Seemed like Couture was out of the game from the start.....Brutal.

EDIT, I watched him in the pros-vs-joes series last year and he was just toying with those guys. Lots of respect for his abilities, average guy couldnt make it 1 minute in the ring with him.

Randy looked over trained.

He weighed in at 220lbs,

220lbs is no match for an in shape 265lbs

Brock is a monster and I think when they were both in the middle of the ring Randy had some wind taken out of his sails befor the fight even started.

Im going to agree,
Here are my thoughts,
Randy didnt have the strength to throw lesnar. He tried a few times but couldn't get it done. But in the clinch Randy was holding his own and you can't dispute that. The left knee he landed to brock's face was amazing and you could tell it hurt cause Brock was very lery of it happening again. Stand up Randy did seem a bit flat footed needed more left to right movement. But he got caught with a decent shot, Didnt look solid but when its coming from a guy thats lesnars size it doesn't need to be.
Was impressed with the progress that Lesnar seemed to make between fights. Best thing He could do I think is shed some of the muscle, would help him from getting gassed and might quicken an already rediculously fast guy up. Also might help him so he can actually choke a guy out. Call me crazy but if your bicep is to big to fit under a guys chin your arent going to have much luck choking him out.

I think they need a Super Heavy weight class. The tale of the tape said that Randy was 6'2", I'll buy that but it also said that Brock is 6'3"? He towered over Randy at the staredown. There is no way he is only 6'3"!

I agree. Randy was keeping his ground on the walls.
Brock got in a few good shots, and Randy amazingly recovered.
Randy needs to tune up his boxing techniques, and not let shots in.... I bet he woulda had a chance if it went to the 3rd..

Gonzaga is a brute, but he was fighting a cup cake. What a tard that guy was.

I'll give Randy some cred, that's the first fight Lesnar didn't throw his opponent around like a little girl. Watch the Mir and Crazy Horse fight. Those guys were rag dolled.

Lesnar isn't a crisp boxer, but when you're throwing anvils, doesn't much matter. He improved big time from his last fight, he'll be around a little while! (until fedor ends him)
