help us help you, when you come in and register give us a few extra moments to get more information on your gear and what your riding. last year a couple of times people got lost, some didnt come back for a day or two. when the Sheriffs dept. asked for a description, we had nothing to give, color of clothing, color and type of machine, where they were heading, just in case. also if possible buy a locator, you never know when an unexpected white out will happen,

That is great you are doing that. When I stay at lodges, I always tell them we have x numbers sleds. And we will be back everynight for dinner. Some of the peeps at the lodges look at me and just shake their head, and I know they did listen to a thing.
