Legend XZ2SR Oil

Tried doing a search, but didn't come up with much.
Want to know more about this oil, so looking for people who have ran this oil and what they thought of it.
I'm considering switching from my current oil, Injex Pro to Legend oil. Like my oil but don't really like the smell or all the smoke.
Thanks in advance for any information.

Not sure what you are looking for in terms or research or switching but I had similar questions about oil, what's good, price, requirements, etc.

Here's my post in Mountain Powder

http://www.snowestonline.com/forum/showthread.php?t=288633

I was sick and tired of paying $40 + a gallon for oil. When I did research on what oils riders were using or recommending. I was surprised how many of these oils say they "meet and exceed TCW3, ISO-L-EGB and JASO FB, etc." but they ARE NOT certified.

When you ask riders and most retailers if it is certified by any of the above noted associations they don't know. Either did I.:face-icon-small-con

Here is a great one page "What's What" of 2 stroke snowmobile oil specifications:

http://www.7thgear.net/7thGear/Portals/0/2 stroke oil specs.pdf

That said I found a certified list from JASO (Japanese Automobile Standards Organization) for which oils meet their demanding testing requirements.

I am switching from Arctic Cat APV to Mystic JT-4 Synthetic which is certified JASO-FD (highest rating and equivalent to ISO-L-EGD)

Here is the Mystik JT-4 synthetic spec sheet:

http://docs.mystiklubes.com/msds_pi/M20075.pdf

The shocking thing is you can find Mystik JT-4 as low as $21.99 a gallon like here: I have seen it as low as $19.99 a gallon also.:face-icon-small-hap

PM me with anything you find. Just like sled brand I am not tied to any one thing. If it's good, priced right and functional I'm buying.

Cheers

I've been running it for two years. Last season was under boost. Tearing the motor down this year, it seemed to protect things pretty well, exhaust valves were very clean. Bought another case of it for this year. That isn't to say other oils wouldn't work just as well, but I'd prefer to run a dino as opposed to a synthetic in a 2 stroke motor.

Levi Lavellee was on Leno last week and did a small jump in the parking lot. He fired up his sled in the studio, no smoke what so ever. He runs Mystik. Jusy sayin. :face-icon-small-win
