I made this set of brackets with four rubber isolation points to damp the vibration from transmitting from the bike to the head light. I reused the two KTM M6 mounting points for the odometer mounting, with 3/8" rubber radiator hose sandwiched by flat washers with a bushing shank to prevent the rubber from being squashed too much. Then the same idea at the top to isolate vibrations just at the two points where the LED light bracket hangs down. If anyone wants to DIY an LED headlight, check out some valuable information at "vegas romaniac" on the web for details on how to prevent light flicker with a simple DIY $5 rectifier/capacitor.
