leaky oil tank

My sons 99x is leaking from around one of the brass nuts that are molded into the tank. Anyone know what I can put on or around it to stop it? It is a very little amount but all the same it makes a mess.

yank the whole setup out and run premix. You will save like 10 pounds or more, won't have to worry about that leak, and then there will be room under that hood for a shiny new bottle!

If you dont want to do that goto a body shop and get some FUSOR two part epoxy and use that

I think I will go with the latter of the 2 the 13 year old boy doesn't need a bottle yet.

Install a rubber washer or two. Can't remember if I used one or two but it fixed mine nine years ago and still holding.

Good idea Coldfinger even if a guy put a oring back there and tightened it up would work.

Squished an oring back there now just wait to see if it holds.
