thanks, the hole in the tunnel will stay, the exhaust actually sticks up about two inches above the tunnel...but i wanted it to dump under the tunnel anyways so i can still pack gas. As far as the headlight goes, i have some aluminum with 1/8" holes in it that i got from Bud at TS, i just have not had any time to fab it in yet.

the vent kit is from R&M... they seem to hold up real well to trees, rocks, and so on... but they have only been through half a season...so time will tell.

It's a mod ship that Troy Johnson former owner of TJ motorsports is starting with another guy. I was seriously looking at one of their tunnels but they just were not ready to go this summer

I've been checking the website since early last spring. Good to see it has finally been developed. How about pricing on the under tunnel exhaust?? Prices on the website would help.....stuff looks good, though, especially the tunnel.

The tunnel is great guys...super lightweight yet very rigid. Should not have any issues with snow buildup. I am assuming he will be building these with an under tunnel exhaust option...but i am not sure as this was a prototype. Troy and everyone at LCC is great to work with...very pleased. I have heard talk of people having a hard time getting ahold of Troy...but do leave him a message as he personally works on every sled...you know if you want it done right do it yourself. Anyways thanks for the comments guys.

Troy built my sled last winter and I was extremely impressed with the work that he did. Troy is a great guy to work with and I wouldn't go to anyone else but him when I build another sled. The new tunnel looks good on that Nytro

as far as weight savings...i believe it is right at 15#. Keep in mind that does include weight savings from the drop down brackets.
