Lava mountain togwotee or ten mile?

Ten mile feb 17th-21st or togwotee the week after
its gotta be set up now so can't just go on weather...
Togwotee is 6 ride days ten mile is 5.

not into shoots really.... just playin in the steep sidehillin,.... through trees or whatever I'm not quite good enough to sidehill thru real thick sets of trees but no problem tryin

never been to either

Advice on which one?

Both ranges are great. Its kinda hard to compare though. They both should have good snow by then. Tog has all the amnities. Tenmile not so much. Tog very little trail riding to be in the good stuff. Tenmile a little more trails to get to the good. Tog has guides, beacons for rent, parts, snacks, etc at the lodge. Tenmile does not. Tog would be more $. You might find more areas to sidehill at Tog more meadows at Tenmile. I prefer the Snowies but I stay on the other side of the hill in Cenntenial.

Why don't you just stay with us and ride most of the same terrain and have all the amenities of Tog, while still saving $?

Otherwise these dates are with a club/group already.. set dates and reservations etc.

So I have a better chance for polaris parts in togwotee compared to ten mile?

This would pretty much make up my mind.... otherwise I was starting to lean towards ten mile to gain knowledge of the area since its the closest riding area to MN and where I'd go with buddies in the future

There is a Polaris dealer 15-20 min from ten mile.. Also in a average snow year 'good' riding is only a short trail ride away.


For a club or group ride with people of varying skill levels, I suggest the range.

We have found some rocking areas out of ten mile good powder with no tracks just the way you would want it. We have been working with them the last few years and they take care of everyone that comes in.
