Last Hoorah At Baker today!!

Went sledding at Mt.Baker today!! Snow bridge HAS collapsed this morning. There is a smaller one to the right about 20 feet up...but that will be gone by the end of today. It is a maze going through the boulder field out of Schreibers..Peanut and Railroad bare on top...2 Crevasses above Hood Knob to the left and up about 1500 feet. Will post some pics and video as soon as I get this computer figured out!

Talked to the climbing rangers who said that Monday closed signs will be posted. Go up through "tin can" tomorrow if anyones going... The snow bridges are done!! If more people knew the route through the trees they might keep it open longer, but as it is they have to close it. Probably 40 cars and 150+ people on the mtn. today. Maybe 25 sledders....
