I think these guys were not actually in the park .I think these guys were in a vehicle closure area outside the park boundry.I know exactly where they launched from and the trails they took and it is very difficult to get to where they were accused of riding in the park .Between Broke off mtn and Mt diller?You have to bail off super steep corinice on one side and straight cliff on the other to get where they were accused of riding if you go the way they did.I think thats why their citation was cited for riding in an area not designated for a snowmobile.They might have been riding between Broke off and Diller but they were west of those two mountains and outside the actual park boundry.
