Largest lug size?

Hello, What is the Largest lug size I can run on my 07 xrs 800? I'm not afraid to do some supporting mods to get alittle bigger lugs.

and a drop and roll. You can't fit a 3" lug without dropping and rolling the chaincase on the REV chassis. Trust me. I just went through this.

I will say that the 2.5" CE is an excellent track and you don't have to do a D&R. Installing a D&R is a lot of work, and it has to be exact.

Negative...only capable with the discontinued SPI billet extended chain case, cut and welded chain case or d&r

You can't go wrong with this track either. I have it on my 2010 XP and it is another great choice. Especially with the T-motion skid.

That will be best option for him by far. Lots of work to get the 3 inch in.

its not that much work, took a weekend out in the garage to do a D&R. obviously a case of beer is required.

I got everything that was required for the D&R from VEI. cost $250 CAD (template, CC-guard, and the drop brackets)

then got some avid 7T 3" pitch drivers and a CE156"x3". it deffinetly outclimbs the XP/XM 163"x2.5" tracks.
